IKC ANNOUNCCEMENT 
We have voluntarily united under the name of the Association of Canine Scientists as a professional canine society based on the principles of confederation in order to fulfill common tasks.
The purpose of this Memorandum of Cooperation is to unite efforts for the comprehensive development of quinoa.
This Memorandum of Cooperation is an agreement on the intentions and principles regarding the common activities of cynology, namely:
To develop and popularize cynology based on scientific foundations, taking into account contemporary realities and trends;
To exchange experience and knowledge in the field of cynology;
To cooperate on the basis of professionalism, transparency, honesty, truthfulness and openness;
To interact on the protection of the rights of canine scientists, dog owners, dog communities, etc.;
To participate in the dog events of the signatory organizations by organizing joint conferences, seminars, exhibitions, competitions, etc.;
To get to know and interact with experts and trainers from the signatory organizations;
To cooperate on the training and professional development of cynologists;
